Summer Coming to an End

What we've been up to......

We got to go outside today without being miserable!! This was a free slide given to us! Turner is excited.

Hanging with his Great Grandpa from Kansas City!
Just playing around... At least he was comfortable. A few days ago I bent over and knocked Turner over with my behind because he was following me around a little too close :) ...he loves being with his Mum! We go EVERYWHERE together :) Addison has witnessed how I really try to get him distracted playing with a puzzle or game and  to go do something. Turner looks up, finds me, and then he's off and in seconds attached to my leg! I really don't mind. The chores still get done!
Wedding! We celebrated a good friend's wedding over the weekend. It was a great date night. Turner spent the night with Moppy and Poppy. Turner had a blast!
I have the cutest husband in the world!
LOVES my cup...This is the best cup because he can't pull the straw out of it. Have you noticed how much this boy loves water!?!
He got his inserts. We had to buy two sizes up on his shoes. They are HUGE. He bawled the first time we put them on just because he wasn't sure what was going on. His PT was very impressed by the gains he made just from having better supported shoes. She gave me a gold star for how much I had him wearing his shoes. :) He doesn't have to wear the inserts all the time. With the progress he's making, just around the house or short outings will be enough with him still wearing his New Balances. I bought him some cool socks to wear with the inserts!
I moved out of my classroom! It was a bittersweet moment. Starting anything new can be scary, but I'll be excited once it all starts! I start next Monday. I am cherishing these last few days with Turner. I am starting to get that sad feeling because I see SO much of what he does in a day, and I'm heading to work wondering where the summer went. I truly love going to work and I love my job (Well..my old job..not sure about the new one!), but I do know how much I miss of Tman's day to day actions. Luckily, my mom is watching Turner again this year! She will keep me up to date on it all! He's going to be even MORE fun this year because he's mobile and loves going places. He'll bring new challenges, but I love the time they get to spend together. I know how lucky I am.
Brought the car from outside to inside! He LOVES this. He just goes in and out..pushes it around.I push him around. The best thing!
They didn't have lids for the kid cup of water.....he was not happy about this.
We watched Irish Dancers at the FPL. Turner LOVED it. He got to hang out with his friend Woodrow! We then went to the library part...a sea of children appeared and Turner had a ball! Ran after all the children, giggled, and just chilled with them all. He wanted to be big like them!
This was when the 'sea of children' appeared

Had Shugie's peach cobbler. Yum! Yum!
One of the spoon issues we are having....
"This playing thing takes it out of me!"
We brought a few of his outside toys in due to the heat. This picture mostly shows the books he's playing with..we brought in his outdoor play slide
I think this is the future for us...: I'm starting to get a glimpse of how he'll be!
I do know he's still my sweet boy who gives the best hugs and kisses! I love how he still loves to cuddle with me.
